Craniosacral Therapy: A non-invasive approach of freeing restrictions in the bones of the head and the tail bone through connective tissue in the skull and spinal column, which has a tendency to cause discomfort ranging from severe headaches to dysfunction of the body's organs and systems "considered to be the deepest work with the lightest of touch."
Structural Integration: Through stress trauma or injury, deep layers of connective tissue become short, tight and immobile. Structural integration lengthens these layers and realigns the structure of the body. Deep work doesn't have to be painful.
Traditional Thai Massage: An ancient practice from Thailand involving stretching and moving the body in a flowing sequence while massaging the body and freeing blocks through the sen (energy) lines of the body.
Reiki: A Japanese technique to reduce stress and tension in the body. Reiki is universal life force energy that is guided by divine consciousness to where the body needs the most healing. Reiki is practiced with hands on or off the body and knows without direction where the energy would be most beneficial. One may receive a session of Reiki or, if one is guided, receive the attunement to channel Reiki energy on their own.
Polarity and Acupressure: This work is a cross between balancing the body's polarities within one's self and that of the earth which become imbalanced through stress, limited thought patterns and through the use of technology (i.e. cell phones) and Chinese acupressure using specific points along the body's meridian (energy) channels to free blocks, stagnation, and/or to strengthen the energy flow in these channels.
Qigong: Chinese Medical Qigong (chi-gong) is essentially energy exercises which utilizes the breath, intention, visualization and movement to clean, strengthen and tone one's own energy channels as well as energy body which, in turn, helps heal the body's physical organs associated with each meridian. This practice brings calmness to the mind and body and helps one experience their connection to all the energy of life.
Soul Memory Discovery: A process that allows one to remember the truth of who they are and to uncover the energetic source of certain problems or difficulties in life. Some of these processes include finding your path and purpose, clearing your energy fields of unwanted attachments that block light for you and relasing karmic issues. Soul memory propels one's spiritual growth and opens doors to new joy and love in your life.
Tai Chi: Tai Chi is a form of martial art with defensive application, yet, has also been practiced for the benefit of health and longevity to increase body awareness and strength. The movement of Tai Chi stems from the body's power center at the waist known as the Dantien. The practice of Tai Chi can increase one's own personal power and bring about a sense of being grounded.
